jrFile not accepting jpg

Using Jamroom

Just curious, as I've tested this too and I'm not seeing any issues either, are you adding ".jpg" to the allowed file types field or just "jpg"?

item not showing in list until "updated"

Can you make the create form field an admin only field?

That would hide it from your users in the create form only.

Site Pages in Jamroom Elastic Template

Design and Skin Customization

You would just add another unordered list inside the about li tags...

        <li>
    	    <a href="{$jamroom_url}/page/1/about">About</a>
    	    <ul>
    		<li><a href="{$jamroom_url}/page/2/staff">Staff</a></li>
                <li><a href="{$jamroom_url}/page/3/global">Global</a></li>
            </ul>
        </li>
    </ul>
</nav>

You'll want to make sure the ID and Title are correct in the URL. I'm just guessing that 2 and 3 are the page ID's for Staff and Global.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

nanach:
Actually it did get added as a drop down option under 'user name'. Is there anyway to have it show up on a line under logo, similar to what you guys have on Jamroom.com. This way everyone can see that page option right away.

You would need to add it to your skins/jrElastic/header.tpl file.

find this:

    </ul>
</nav>

right above that add your link, which for the page you have created would look like this:

        <li><a href="{$jamroom_url}/page/1/about">About</a></li>
    </ul>
</nav>

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Audio Error Messages

Using Jamroom

If the file isn't getting coverted, check your audio support modules Quota Config section and make sure you have the "convert to MP3" checkbox checked for the quota your uploading to.

If it is, check your error logs and see if the are any conversion errors.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Site Pages in Jamroom Elastic Template

Design and Skin Customization

Pages created for the front end will not show automatically, you can either add a link to the profile dropdown menu via the ACP > System Tools > Skin Menu Editor or you'll want to modify the skins/jrElastic/header.tpl file, or whichever template you prefer, and add the link manually.

Hope this helps,

Audio Error Messages

Using Jamroom

Hello,

This link: (snipped)

works for me in FF, didn't try it in chrome or ie.

This link: (snipped)

none of the songs work, try clearing your cache via the ACP > Core > Tools section, you might also try uploading the tracks again, something may have been corrupted during the upload.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

I think I've got it working on your site, can you give it a try now?

Note that I had to remove all of your modifications because something was keeping the changes from sticking.

Thanks!

Jamroom Help

This page:

http://www.versionist.net/notty-d/playlist/21/return-of-the-dub

is created by the module templates, not the skin templates.

You might try reloading the jrPlaylist module via your Marketplace > Tools > Reload Modules And Skins, then run the Integrity Check tool and clear your cache.

Something isn't right about that detail page since the URL back to the profiles playlist "list" isn't set correctly. It is showing as:

http://www.versionist.net//playlist

without the profile name in the URL, it should be:

http://www.versionist.net/notty-d/playlist

Hope this helps,
Douglas
