I'm not sure how your sending that info, but it isn't coming through. Try sending it to me at douglas[at]jamroom[dot]net.

How do I resolve this ?

If you can send us your FTP info, we can check it out. Obviously something is different about your setup, probably something in one of the CSS files as Michael has mentioned.

I can't figure out why this is not changing on your site?

I'm not seeing any errors and I see the background color has been changed in the styles section for the skin and in the database, but for some reason, it is staying the default color even after clearing the cache and running the IC tool.

Whats odd is, I can change those colors on my dev site without issues.

When your logged in as the admin to your site, you can go to the Marketplace and install the modules/skins you've purchased by clicking the install button.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

The password did not come through, can you send it again?

Try not to copy and paste it if you can, sometimes hidden characters will cause some things to get stripped out.

If you are using the FireFox browser, you should get the developer tool or Firebug add-on, then you can right click on a link or any element of your page to find the CSS class its using.

The link color your wanting to change is in the core_html.css file.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

It is working for me, make sure you've cleared your cache as well as your browser cache.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

I'm not sure that is even possible and would probably require something custom.
