Add To Playlist Button Customization

Design and Skin Customization

I just added this to the music_row.tpl for MediaPro, so this should work on any of your music row templates...

< a href="#" onclick="jrPlaylist_select('{$item._item_id}','jrAudio',null);">Add To Playlist< /a>

Just replace the text Add To Playlist with the image code you want to use.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

How do you limit the # of times a profile appears on a ranking?

Design and Skin Customization

Are you getting any results?

It should actually be something like:

{ jrCore_list module="jrAudio" chart_field="audio_file_stream_count" chart_days="7"  group_by="profile_name" search1="audio_genre = `$audio_genre`" template="index_list_songs.tpl" pagebreak="20" require_image="audio_image" page=$_post.p}

note that I changed the "{" around the audio_genre variable to back ticks "`", which you must do if you use a variable inside double quotes.

How do you limit the # of times a profile appears on a ranking?

Design and Skin Customization

You can use a group_by parameter in your jrCore_list function...

{ jrCore_list module="jrAudio" group_by="profile_name" etc... }

That should show a single song from each artist.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Genres in Maestro3

Installation and Configuration

If you want fixed genres for the uploaded audio, you can modify the genre field via the form designer and turn it into a select field instead of select and text... You would then enter your genres in the text area below the field you just modified and they would look something like this:

Rock|Rock
Classic Rock|Classic Rock
etc...

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Empty module features headings showing

Using Jamroom

The comments and tags are added to the profile pages by the jrCore_item_detail_features function, there isn't a header/title in the skin templates to add an if statement to, this would need to be done at the module level or the function showing the comments/tags on the detail pages.

Add To Playlist Button Customization

Design and Skin Customization

Those buttons are controlled by CSS and the jrCore_icon function.

The images for the buttons are located in the modules/jrCore/img/icons_black and icons_white directories. To choose which color and size to use for your skin, you would modify your skins/YOURSKIN/include.php file, and modify the code that controls the sprite.

Using jrElastic as an example:
    // Tell the core the default icon set to use (black or white)
    jrCore_register_module_feature('jrCore','icon_color','jrElastic','black');
    // Tell the core the size of our action buttons (width in pixels, up to 64)
    jrCore_register_module_feature('jrCore','icon_size','jrElastic',30);

The CSS for the sprite, the gradient color and border etc..., is in your skins/YOURSKIN/css/core_form_button.css file and is the sprite_icon class.

If you want to use a different image, you would need to modify the template that the jrCore_icon function is in, and replace it with your image.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Paypal buy me button

Installation and Configuration

johnchansa:
Did as you instructed and the paypal button is on.However,the paypal buy now button still does not appear on songs row or charts row.The button only shows in the profiles section.Maybe I misunderstood your response.
I was expecting that the songs_row.tpl and the charts_row.tpl would need some modification to include the paypal buy now button.

That should work, make sure to clear your cache.

ACP > Core > Tools > Reset Caches

Hope this helps,
Douglas
