Design and Skin Customization

Sorry, thought you were using Nova for some reason.

You can use one of the Jamroom5 skins for a reference if you need to.

Glad you've got figured out though. :)

The Nova skin is already setup with titles for the browser title bar, is that what your referring to?

NOT FOUND

The page you requested was not found!

You'll want to update your links to the contact us page, and your contact_us.tpl as well. Check the latest version of jrNova and you'll see in the header and footer.tpl files, the links have been modified to work with the simple custom forms module, if it is enabled or not.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Duplicate results in Mozilla Firefox when paginating

Jamroom Developers

The page parameter is not right, try this:

{ jrCore_list module="jrAudio" chart_field="audio_file_stream_count" chart_days="7" quota_id="4" template="top_songs2.tpl" pagebreak="10" page=$_post.p }

Duplicate results in Mozilla Firefox when paginating

Jamroom Developers

I'm not sure how you got a created list if your using the jrCore_list function I provided above... that should show the audio item that has the most streams for the last 7 days.

Is this on the same link you've posted?

Download mp3 button

Using Jamroom

If you have a price set on the audio item, the download button will not show.

If you don't have a price set, try clearing the cache via the Core modules tools tab.

Hope this helps,

Duplicate results in Mozilla Firefox when paginating

Jamroom Developers

maxcinsay:
Hello, Im was testing pagination when I noticed that I was getting a duplicate on the results. Below a link to test the results containing only:
{jrCore_list module="jrAudio" chart_field="audio_file_stream_count" chart_days="7" order_by="audio_file_stream_count numerical_desc" quota_id="4" template="top_songs.tpl" pagebreak="10" page=$_post.p}

This is how I find the duplicate, test on Mozilla:
http://dev5.r2rlive.com/top_songs_pagination/p=1
http://dev5.r2rlive.com/top_songs_pagination/p=2

If you see the song #10 in the first page is the #1 in the second page, this only happens in Mozilla Firefox and I'm sure the song has not been summited twice. The song that should be #11 is called 'Song 7' and it never gets listed.

Is this a bug? or is my command line incorrect?

Try removing the order_by parameter...

{ jrCore_list module="jrAudio" chart_field="audio_file_stream_count" chart_days="7" quota_id="4" template="top_songs.tpl" pagebreak="10" page=$_post }

Hope this helps,
Douglas

genre list

Jamroom Help

You can use something like this for your jrCore_list function:

{ jrCore_list module="jrAudio" order_by="audio_genre asc" group_by="audio_genre" template="audio_genre_row.tpl" etc... }

and the link for the genres in your audio_genre_row.tpl would look something like

< a href="{ $jamroom_url }/music/search_area=audio_genre/search_string={ $item.audio_genre }" >{ $item.audio_genre }< /a >

Note that I put extra space in the code so it would not get stripped out.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

genre list

Jamroom Help

This will only work in either the ProJam or MediaPro skins as they are the only skins that have a search setup for the audio_genre field.

In your music_row.tpl find this code:

Quote:
{if isset($item.audio_genre) && strlen($item.audio_genre) >0}{jrCore_lang module="jrAudio" id="12" default="genre"}: {$item.audio_genre} {/if}

and change it to this:

Quote:
{if isset($item.audio_genre) && strlen($item.audio_genre) >0}{jrCore_lang module="jrAudio" id="12" default="genre"}: {$item.audio_genre} {/if}

I just added an tag around the audio genre text.

Note that this edit is just for the music page, if you want the charts or any other genres to be linked, you would have to modify the correct templates.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

genre list

Jamroom Help

You don't see the code because there isn't a genre list for any of the Jamroom 5 skins.

You would have to create it for your skin.
