Yes, you can use quota_id="#" on any jrCore_list function, where # is the actual ID of the quota.

I'm not seeing any errors so I'm not sure why the tab doesn't show for some users and not others.
You'll want to contact the developer of the module (I believe it is Paul), he would probably be able to to tell you whats going on with the issues your seeing.
Something I did notice, the links in the YouTube tab have a href="#" in them and is probably why the page is refreshing and not showing the other YouTube videos. But that is just a guess.

When you rebuilt the profiles, did you do a slow rebuild?

Yes, the errors are gone, did you rebuild your profile pages and reset the cache?

Yes, you would need to make the album field required since your grouping the audio by albums.
To show two of each album, you would have to do something custom. You might pass that along to Brian since he is creating you another module for the uploads.

This may or may not be the reason the video tab isn't showing on some pages, but since those tabs are loaded via Ajax, you'll want to fix those errors to see if that fixes the issue your having.

Yes, check out the config.php file for the skin to see how those fields are added to the skin config section and then check out the header.tpl and index.tpl for the skin to see how they are added to the templates.
