Yes, the errors are gone, did you rebuild your profile pages and reset the cache?
Album Questions

Yes, you would need to make the album field required since your grouping the audio by albums.
To show two of each album, you would have to do something custom. You might pass that along to Brian since he is creating you another module for the uploads.

This may or may not be the reason the video tab isn't showing on some pages, but since those tabs are loaded via Ajax, you'll want to fix those errors to see if that fixes the issue your having.

Yes, check out the config.php file for the skin to see how those fields are added to the skin config section and then check out the header.tpl and index.tpl for the skin to see how they are added to the templates.

You can add {debug} to the profile_header.tpl or any other profile_*.tpl to see what variables are available.
Off the top of my head, I think $profile_quota_id will show the quota ID and $profile_quota_name will show the name of the quota.
