verification email issue

Using Jamroom

I have a different server and have the configuration you sent in the screen shot and it don't work ..

This was always working, and just stopped without me making any changes makes me think it's a "BUG"

If I reset the system will it reset to the default and fix the issue?

The test email dose not work , I tried using "external mail server " and the system still did not send the test email ...

Whenever a new user signs up they don't get the "verification email " to verifies the user account after the new user signs up....

This just started without me changing any thing ,I don't know how much more direct to be

I am using the default setup , I am not using mail gun , and there is nothing in the log ....

Thanks all , but I looked in "user/admin/language" and "core/skin_admin/language/ "and I cant find "create account"

An error was encountered loading the media URL

I closed the browser and reopened it and it is working now
