Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
http://dubmusic.com/payment.php?p=PayPal
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

In the second half of 2015, we noticed a significant increase in issues reported by our Blogger community. After a close examination of these issues by our engineering team, alongside an in-depth analysis of the most recent Blogger updates, we realized that we would not be able to support Blogger websites, long-term. As a result of this investigation, we removed Blogger from our sharing flow.
I'm sorry for an inconvenience this has caused. It was a difficult decision for us to have to make. We still hope that we can find ways to better support our Blogger community in future.

When I create a blog using the shear this you get

This was a very important feature that is missing along with the ability to create a admin radio....
The admin could create a radio from a single quota, a single profile or from all quotas
This is a very important feature for selling subscription
