I added (script) to allow HTML and the system keep removing it , I need it is there any options ?

I keep getting upload failed errors

The issue is if convert to MP3 , and MP3 bit rate is checked, and you are trying to up load a mp3 of 128KB wish is the same as the conversion rate, the system generates upload failed errors..
If I upload a different bit rate than the conversion rate it works

I can embed video but when I try to embed audio I get errors using the Nova skin

It works with the elastic skin and was working fine until I ran updates.
So there has to be something in the updates causing this issue with the Nova skin ..
