Done that Michael and now getting :

HTTP ERROR 500

All the other modules have got multiple releases - should I do the same for these as for jrCore?

The .htaccess file is there in root.
The error logs below show "it's" looking for the index files in the root - but they aren't in the root in the original server installation. There's also no folder/file modules/jrCore/router.php BUT plenty of jrCore-release folders with the relevant index and router files.

Moving Genosis to new server

Hi Guys
Anyone got any ideas how to do this sucessfully? We've tried and checked everything identical plus updated the config.php file with the correct host, user and password, BUT still getting a Forbidden 403 message for the fontpage and Internal Server Errors for any other.
Can only find one other reference to changing server on the Forum and that under Jamroom and refers to folders we dont have in Genosis!

Timeline - Birth of Child - in wrong timeline

Hi Michael
This is in Genosis - we have two trees but this is only happening in one tree and NOT across the whole tree. It appears specific to a particular group . Thought about deleting the profiles out BUT this would require inputting a huge amount of data again.
What I could do is send you the GEDCOM file and indicate where we are having the problem. ??

Timeline - Birth of Child - in wrong timeline

Hi Guys
We have a situation where peoples births are appearing in the wrong timeline . I've tried deleting them out BUT this also deletes them out of the correct parents timeline! Opening up the individual persons profile and closing it again puts them back in the right timeline BUT they then also reappear in the wrong timeline again - frustrating.
This results in births after deaths!!
Anyone else seen this issue?

For others who may come up against this - turned out we have an unusual PHP network problem.
We also had a problem with updates and the cache clearing.

Hi Guys
All users are having the same problem with embedding images in to Stories through the Upload Image option.
We are getting the message "Invalid Access Key"
We have a long work round for this by adding the pictures to the profiles Gallery first and then embedding there, WE then have to go back in and delete the images in the Gallery.
Any thoughts?

Merging two people?

Hi Michael,
In my instance "William Henry Large" exists in the main tree and also in his family's tree. I tried merging the trees and ended up with him twice. I have also tried importing the tree as a GEDCOM file, ensured the "Sync" is engaged and still I get two of him!
There must be a way round this, what am I missing?
