Obvious first questions - Is the jrChart module enabled and configured, and is it enabled for the required quotas? Then clear your caches.
Are you certain that the tracks charted are being played sufficiently so as to change the charts? Remember that they need to be played by different users for their counts to increment.
Maybe then post your template code.

Hi Peter
We are now taking on some custom work in the form of 'sponsorship'. This means that any paid work we do is not exclusive to you or your sites and may be released to the Jamroom community at a future date. We are pretty busy at the moment with custom work but maybe we can start discussing this further now, either here or in a support ticket.

A 'Reactions' module I understand as I am also a FB user.
The Media Scanner, Brian has covered above.
Realtime posts to be fully 'ajax' and no page refreshing may be possible.
Can you elaborate on a new 'sort algorithm'?

Does any of the ACP show, http://yoursite.com/core/admin/global for instance? If so, try running the Integriry Check and clearing caches.
Not sure what you have deleted and re-installed but it might be best to contact your hosting provider asking them to restore your server and databases from a backup made prior to this happening.

new in jr6- but where/how Admin joins/shows as a member of a group now?

Hi Strum - This update required a change to the Group item_detail.tpl template. You have the jrGroup_item_detail.tpl 'overide' template in your skin so this needs updating. I've done this for you - checkout the modified template.
