The forum on Ning was 'global' (as this one is here) and that is how they are imported, to your 'global' Community forum. If each topic was imported to a forum belonging to the topic creator, that once global Ning forum has become fragmented into lots of individual forums, so has become more difficult to use and not what your users expected.
Hi
It's likely that the resulting profile is not visible to the user, maybe because of its privacy settings?
Master admins alway see all results.
Hope that helps
Can you point me to an example on the Jamroom site where the file is missing so that I can check it out?
Also, I believe that if you were using your own domain to point to Ning, and that domain is now pointing to your JR site, there is a setting in the Ning control panel to revert Ning to 'your_domain.ning.com'.
Thanks
What settings do you need to change?
Click on the Hosting button, top right of your Jamroom profile page, to get to your Hosting Control Panel.

Try clearing the caches - that should make the new logo appear (Tip - Go to the developer module global tab and disable caching whilst you are developing the site).
Also, ACP=>Users=>User Accounts=>quotas=>Signup Method - Set it to 'admin validation'

Hi @amwproductions - Brian has fixed this up now. You had some hosting credit with us which caused the error.
Can to try creating a server one more time and let us know?
Sorry for this problem.
Paul
GoDaddy ARE your domain service. You registered thenewstalkers.com there, they still hold it and you are using their name servers to point to JR Hosting.
