Not sure what you mean by 't/l' but all profile media is in the /data/media folder. You'll need to know the profile ID. If it is between 1 and 999 look in /data/media/1/x (x = ID), if between 1000 and 1999 look in /data/media/2/x etc.

Assuming you have the Like module installed and set up, add this code to the row template that lists the comments -
{jrLike_button item=$item action="like" module="jrComment"}
{jrLike_button item=$item action="dislike" module="jrComment"}
