What skin are you using?
On a lot of our skins the gallery/image page is like that so you could take those image template(s) and use them as a base for a similar profile page, maybe just changing any language strings, jrGallery to jrProfile and smarty variable calls - $item.gallery.xxxx => $item.profile_yyyy
That may be a simplistic description of what to do, but its the way I'd approach it.

http://entzyme.com/jamroom takes me to http://www.names.co.uk/create-a-website/cloudsite as well.
Have you set the domain DNS to point to your Jamroom server? Do that and wait a few hours and all should be good. In the meantime check your email from the installation package (Softiculous?) - There might be a 'temporary URL' you can use to access the site whilst waiting for the DNS to propagate.

If the Integrity Check keeps crashing something is seriously wrong. Look in your error and debug logs and let us know what is there as a result of the crash.

Yes, Jamroom supports subscriptions using the FoxyCart eCommerce module. Subscribed members will be in their own quota(s) that can then be used to give them unique functionality and access.

If you want to only remove it for particular groups wrap the code in an {if . . .}{/if} clause.
