Tip - When developing set the 'Run in Developer Mode' option to disable caching and to see your changes immediately - ACP=>Developer=>Developer Tools=>Global Config

Not seen anything like that before. I wonder if your Russian member has, intentionally or not, inserted some script into his comments. Can you send us a link via a ticket to this Russian guy's page, and to pages where this is/was happening? There might be a security issue that wants investigating.
