ok - create a ticket with user login and let me know exactly what to look for.
Remember though that things like 'Photo Albums' are a 'user' module, ie. Photo Albums are allocated to users and not profiles, so where they show and how they work may not be what you are assuming.

That's correct - The Form Designer isn't invoked on the Login form, just the Signup form.

There isn't a 'Chart' SiteBuilder widget, as such, so select 'Template Code' as the widget type and then, as SteveX suggested, use the code from the example.

How Do I Add New Members?

Couple of options come to mind.
1) Create the members via ACP=>Users=>Users=>Tools=>Create New User (with the create profile option checked). Then email the new users with their login details.
2) Set user signups to 'Admin Approve' and add a 'Token' field to the signup form using the Form Designer. Email potential members with the URL of the signup form and the Token value to use. You'll be notified when they sign up, and you can then check that they are who they are and if the token value is correct, and accept them if so.

Yeah - not sure why this has happened to you and ABCD. As I said, the fields were there in a fresh install for me. I'll maybe look a bit deeper.
