Also, any skin that is cloned post JR6.1 will have the skin it is cloned FROM saved, so if you want to make that start working, go to
ACP -> MODULES -> DEVELOPER -> DEVELOPER TOOLS -> DATABASE ADMIN -> jr_jrcore_skin
and add the base skin your skin was cloned from to the 'skin_cloned_from' column.
This will have the effect of highlighting the COMPARE button if the template is different from the one it has been cloned from.

Works for me. The player you're using doesn't show the songs. That could be what you're seeing. And if i copy+paste it into the editor it gets wrapped in html stuff, so I pasted it into the code section to get around that.
The players playing though.

How do you know that video conversions have 2 active workers when the "Max Conversion Workers" are set to 1? If its via the queue, check that there is something in the queue, it could be empty or paused.

mine are all downloading with extensions, try this, go to
ACP -> MODULES -> DEVELOPER -> TOOLS -> DATABASE ADMIN
and run this query
SELECT * FROM `jr_jrgallery_item_key` WHERE _item_id = 34136
