5.1.32 is a bit old now, that could be related but I suspect more likely the issue is a custom server setup, that ffmpeg not working only shows up occasionally when the server structure is slightly not default.

Send me your admin login details to support at jamroom dot net and I'll take a quick look to see if anything obvious jumps out.

go to your sites system check and make sure there are no red lights:
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> SYSTEM CHECK

Still don't fully understand Proxima

Proxima

You're an app developer. You build an app called 'space invaders'. People play your game on their phones. Proxima is where the high scores are stored.

Similar service "Parse". Mobile developers used Parse. Parse was bought by facebook. Facebook shutdown Parse.

All the mobile developers who's info was stored on parse, then facebook, now is gone .

Lesson: They should have housed their data on their own server! Should have used Proxima.

Here on jamroom.net we DO have a favicon.ico but do not have a /apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png

Don't think its that important.

But the search from proxima bridge arrives at jrProximaBridge_search_items() which isn't setup to look for the || in the search.

I'll add it as an improvement suggestion for lack of other way to do it right now.

if its JUST kent, how hard would it be to recreate the same profile on the url /kent2 , see if that works, delete /kent and move /kent2 to /kent

Saves trying to figure out what the issue is.
