If that still does not work, create another user account, then send those details to support at jamroom dot net along with a link to this thread and the login information to get into your serves Control Panel (this is not jamroom, its the server control panel, possibly CPanel maybe)

We could if it was on our hosting, but otherwise no.

Does the "Forgot login" system not get you back in?

If it doesn't what you need to do is create a new account, then access your servers database system and get into your database, then change that new user from being a 'user' level to being a 'master' level. Probably via "PhpMyAdmin" in your servers control panel

I've turned it back on in the marketplace. Let me know when you've got it installed and I'll turn it off again.

Try now. When I released talking-points.net/jamroom talking-points.net/talkingpoints got released too. The license should return when you start to use/create the site.

Social Sign in and the Terms of Servce (TOS) agreement

Some sites do not force the users to check a checkbox, they just have a privacy policy page and a Terms of Service page which ready "by using this site you agree.......".

When a user signs in they should hit that Agree page, if they are missing it by going via the social signup then that needs fixing, we'll get it fixed.

There's a new version in the marketplace now, update to that and you should be good to go. May need to run the integrity check but probably not.

The bug is that its expected that the user has joined a room, but because they have not the query fails. Here's a screenshot.

Is the default room one that's accessible to their quota?

An SQL query error is a request to the database, so this is a jamroom issue. Browser and operating system will not play a part.

Looks like they're trying to chat 'nowhere'. Get them to select a room, then see if it still happens.

I thought there would be a default room that they got sent to if none was selected.
