When I test with one of your url's it gives an error about X-Frame-Options:
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: https://www.voturadio.com/audio/embed/7/ochuka-theatre-of-scars?autoplay=1&auto_play=true does not permit cross-origin framing.
Content Security Policy: Ignoring ‘x-frame-options’ because of ‘frame-ancestors’ directive.

It was working for one of the other quotas. Maybe that profile got changed to a different quota perhaps?

The reason its not working is because that UPLOAD IMAGE tab should not really be showing. The module is not enabled for your quota.

If you enable it for the SPECIAL quota that fixes it.

Just setup here for it, it looks like the url is correct. Are you sure the extension is .mp4 not .m4v

Check via SFTP to the server in the:
/data/media/1/1/(look for the file name here)
video_stream.jpg video_stream.jpg - 93KB

You're saying that when you click that button in "Upload Image 2.jpg" nothing happens? Try logging out then back in again. (im sure you probably already have, but) Try running the integrity check with all the checkboxes checked.

If none of that helps send me the login codes again along with a link to this thread and I'll try from here.

It could be some other javascript on the page interfering (at a guess).

What happens now? Do you see anything in the CONSOLE tab of your browser? To see the console tab on Firefox hit F12, then its the second one in.

Probably because the server is a long way away from me, but its slow to upload. Could be that the server has some sort of connection limit on how long each connection is allowed to remain connected. (just a guess, but could be something to ask the server company about.)

Could be internet connection stability, if you're doing the upload over wi-fi could be that the ISP is loosing the connection part way through.

Not sure of any other ideas. Small videos upload work, so its something to do with the size.

Send the details over to a place where I can upload something and see it happening. Also send the admin details so I can see whats in the ACTIVITY LOG too.

Include a link to this thread with the email.
