Last year, we sponsored (paid for custom work) the Private Stream feature:

We just need the URL format to stream video using our - sponsored - Private Stream feature:
--
External Private Streaming is working great for Audio :) - with this URL:
MySite/audio/stream/audio_file/11/jrAudio_11_audio_file.mp3
--
ERROR = External Video stream NOT Working with similar URL:
MySite/video/stream/video_file/65/jrVideo_65_video_file.mp4
--
** I think we just have wrong format in above video url

Just setup here for it, it looks like the url is correct. Are you sure the extension is .mp4 not .m4v

Check via SFTP to the server in the:
/data/media/1/1/(look for the file name here)
video_stream.jpg
video_stream.jpg  •  93KB

filename.jpg
filename.jpg  •  25KB
