I've jsut updated a local site, and the jrElastic header and footer background image is no longer showing.

I see this when inspecting the element in FF:

Make ffmpeg its own module to save downloading it when core is updated

Suggestions

It would be cool if ffmpeg was not part of the core for updates. It rarely changes, is a large file and it seems unnecessary downloading updating it every time the core is updated.

Is there a description anywhere of this new feature?

I have a custom module which no longer works correctly with the old buttons (the buttons are there and work, but the icon doesn't appear, the button is empty).

I tried the new way, but the icons don't appear there either, and the update and delete buttons don't appear at all.

It could be only admin that the buttons don't appear for.

I guess I was the author, but not necessarily a mistake, we just have to parse whatever xml is made available by the app-in-development.
