Having trouble to login admin after server issues

When trying to login I get this message on a white screen:-
unable to copy modules/jrChat/templates/chat.tpl to template cache directory: data/cache/jrCore
I have had my site down for three days due to issues with godaddy and nameservers . The site is up again now that they have allowed nameservers but I cannot login.

Perhaps Jamroom would refund the amount paid for this, because the delay has forced me to configure a new site outside of jamroom.
