Profile Layout Part 2

Using Jamroom

Again this is only me testing in IE11

I still haven't found a pattern to this but there are times when you have been editing on pages. Then go to change a pages layout, the layout modal window wont load until you clear jamroom's caches.

The close button on the Layout window needs to be more prominent it is very hard to see and a lot will actually miss it.

After editing page, redirects to index page

Using Jamroom

Hey Michael

After editing a page, you get redirected to the homepage rather than staying on the page you were editing.
Site Builder Editing Page

I have only really tested this in IE11 so far, so not sure if the same behaviour is present on other browsers.

Widgets rearrange after editing

Using Jamroom

There are times when you edit a widget and upon saving it changes place with another widget, in this case it is two Editor widgets.

I haven't been able to find a pattern to this so recorded the following video.

Padding

Using Jamroom

Hey Michael

This could really confuse some people, currently there is no vertical padding between widgets, if it's an editor type you can get around it by adding extra line spaces at the end. But I think some pre-set padding would be better?

Menu

Using Jamroom

I think it must be a line of code being injected onto panel pages that is missing from templates I create manually, and that's why they don't show as active on the menu?

File Upload Limits

Using Jamroom

This had me scratching my head too, to allow 750mb uploads you'll need to set it to 3gb or more, which unless your on a seriously high end server you may not have.

Charts Songs Plays Not changing its ranks as it should be

Using Jamroom

Then it defiantly sounds like a bug or a design oversight.

Charts Songs Plays Not changing its ranks as it should be

Using Jamroom

My site is still very much in development, but I think I understand you.

The week figures should be reset at the end of the week and appending to the month figures, this figure in turn should be reset at the end of the month and added to the year figures.

I assumed it worked like that, does it not?

Events Calendar Pro dedicated for Artists en events

Suggestions

A lot of those features you can easily achieve at skin level, so I doubt they will be added to the module. The team doesn't want to add bloat to the core script that can achieved at template level.

For instance, maps can be added with the Google Maps module

Filter by Category can be done at skin level, and again there is tag support provided by a module.

Side bar widgets can easily be done at template level.

Facebook integration, there is the share module and I don't know if oneall integration would auto post event creation to FB or not, anyone?

Recurring Events is built in, but you have to enable, see docs for this.

All events are created via the frontend.

You can add multiple views at the skin level too

Import/Export am not sure on.
