I'm not ready to post it publicly and you don't seem to have private notes enabled.

Design and Skin Customization

Think I have figured out a solution that should work, now to design the different layouts.

Design and Skin Customization

Beginning to think you might be right Michael, because to ultimately achieve what's in my head I would need different profile header, footer and index pages depending on the quota. It will get very messy and confusing quickly if I try to do this using {if} statements.

I may need to put this on the back burner for now as it will beyond my skills level I believe.

Yeah your Points module opens up a whole new range of possibilities, including digital currency, where user can convert points for items.

Hey Guys

This is the notion of having a way to automatically upgrade a users quota based on activity on the site.

Ideally this would need Paul to release a points module like he has on motagator, and then when a user reaches a level of points they automatically advance to a new quota. A way of rewarding your users for staying active as such.

Another use case for this is in fighting spam, initial quota is completely restrictive in what people can do on the site. But say upon changing their profile picture, you assume they are genuine users and upgrade them to a less restrictive profile. (This use case could probably be achieved fairly easily today).

Anyone any thoughts?

Yes that is an interesting notion, if you could still toggle notifications on/off quickly it would be an ideal solution.

Forum Topic Subscription tab

Suggestions

Hey Guys

This is another idea that would be most useful for people with busy forums, like this site for example.

Another tab on forum to list all the topics you have subscribed too for notifications, with the same toggle to turn on/off notifications for each item listed on this page.

This is just something that occurred to me in the early hours of the morning and I haven't gave it much thought yet, as it may be fairly easy to do already.

Thoughts

Sorry for the barrage of ideas.
