Maybe add some sort of post to forum option in support tickets that would allow you to auto post the ticket as a forum post and message the ticket owner a link to forum post.
Then close or delete the support ticket, depending on what your preference is.
Just a thought, might really help you guys workflow in this area. Not sure how difficult it would be to implement mind.

Those are just site builder pages to show off what is possible. Depending on how your building your site will determine how you add new menu items, if site builder use the menu builder in it, if not, you'll need to edit the menu templates.

More than likely it's one of you're WP sites causing this rather than Jamroom. Be ultra sure that one or more of you're WP sites aren't being hammered by some script/bot trying to hack in.

At a guess it's just a demo page to show what can be done and probably done with sitebuilder, which would take you less than 5 minutes to reproduce.
