I just checked the system check on a new install and all the Tools have errors. Screenshot attached could someone explain the issue.

The System Tools module is installed and enabled?
Basic question, I know, but if you installed JR from an older package it may not be included.

Problems with your server I'd imagine.

What is the operating system for your server?

Every thing checks green except for tools.
I have another site on the same server and every thing is green

The version is 6.1.6 the same as previously uploaded to a site on the same server that does not have this particular issue

Maybe try reloading the system tools module from the ACP -> Core -> Marketplace -> Reload Modules and Skins section - if it's working on one but not the other, then I'm not sure what the issue would be.

You'll want to contact your hosting provider and find out why those binaries are not working then.

I have asked the hosting provider to check for me and will keep you informed.

The hosting company has now replied:-
The issue I see is the files in /home/mydreams/public_html/justcountry.co.uk/modules/jrSystemTools/tools

run with the error illegal instruction. They are statically compiled modules.

Is it possible to get these in 64 bit format? That would be a solution.

These binaries have been specifically compiled to work on a very wide range of Linux OS's and versions, so no - we can't provide them in a different format. That answer also does not explain why it is working on one of your sites and not the other if they are on the same server?

If your server requires different versions of those files, you can specify the server's version location in your config.php file
