Do Jamroom sites use cookies?

The Privacy Statement at Jamroom does not go into detail about how private information is collected. It only comments on how private information is used. This may be related to the question above - do Jamroom sites use cookies? If they do, where can we control them, as administrators? And if they do, would it be possible for JR sites to have anything like a "CookieConsent" module used by Drupal? https://www.drupal.org/project/cookieconsent

Hello again, In Chrome and/or Safari, This is what I see when I click on the '?' near/on my profile image... BUT When I click on the '?' below -- to tell me what my options are, I see nothing/no info. I wonder if you have 'white text' on 'white background'? or if there is not guiding info there yet? I don't want to make changes unless I know what I am changing to... clicking a little radio button with no info feels instinctively risky. :D Screenshot attached ~

Problems with Jamroom License?

I am entering the right information in my ACP , and I am not using the license under any domain. How can I fix this? Invalid Marketplace ID - please check Marketplace -> Tools -> Marketplace Systems and ensure you are using the correct Marketplace ID (2)

jamroom not finding skin

i recently purchased the jrProajam light skin. i ftp'ed the file to the server and went into the ACP to enable the skin but the skin isn't showing up.

Jamroom upload stuck at 512M

Hello not sure if this is hard coded in jamroom someplace as everything was fine before but now uploads are stuck at 512M even when I check phpinfo page is does show 4096M but in jamroom it still shows 512 no matter what I do I have also checked integrity check and quota but still no change

Ning To Jamroom Made Easier

Something I have been thinking about lately... On Ning 2.0 we choose from a selection of Ning themes then customize them the way we want...we have access to that code in the Ning-Advanced tabs in our editors there Why can we not use that code as a skin for Jamroom sites right off- then use the DOCs to add the Site Builder to a custom skin? Not sure if this could be done directly- or if it would involve importing your Ning content to JrNingja- THEN making the custom changes using the Ning...
