Jamroom hosting evaluation

Hi I am really interested in migrating our community from our current provider over to Jamroom. We would need to go with a hosted solution and I would have to be sure that Jamroom is a suitable fit for our requirements before my employer would agree to a subscription. Please could you tell me what options are available for evaluating Jamroom before committing to a subscription plan? Thanks

I'm noticing I'm being logged out on some pages on this site. when I go to login and go back to the page I was on it logs me back out again. not sure what all pages but I know it does it on the docs page

New Install Jamroom core 5

I am an old JRM 3.4 user thats just getting around to Core5. In the old days,the core came with a lot of the needed files on the initial upload and you just went through the install/setup steps. However, the newer version just has a few core files....I assumed that after the install some additional files would automatically install in the root directory, but I only got a database install without any errors and no additional files ...not even an index.php file --just the same core files.. one...

The Privacy Statement at Jamroom does not go into detail about how private information is collected. It only comments on how private information is used. This may be related to the question above - do Jamroom sites use cookies? If they do, where can we control them, as administrators? I need some clarification on what we need to do to have 3 NING forums, successfully migrated to 1 Jamroom site. I plan on continuing the use of the current 3 domain names for some time--they will map to a new JR forum.
