Importing Ning 2.0 to Jamroom

I have a Ning 2.0 site with about 24 Gb of disk space used (by the Ning dashboard numbers) and the backups I get thru the archiver are about 19 Gb. Only thing above the 10000 archiver limit are pictures. Would I basically lose the older pictures when importing to Jamroom?

I would say the best feature by far for the new jr5 is the way we can update the core and modules. i really like that

I am an old JRM 3.4 user thats just getting around to Core5. In the old days,the core came with a lot of the needed files on the initial upload and you just went through the install/setup steps. However, the newer version just has a few core files....I assumed that after the install some additional files would automatically install in the root directory, but I only got a database install without any errors and no additional files ...not even an index.php file --just the same core files.. one...

I need some clarification on what we need to do to have 3 NING forums, successfully migrated to 1 Jamroom site. I plan on continuing the use of the current 3 domain names for some time--they will map to a new JR forum. On Ning 2.0 we choose from a selection of Ning themes then customize them the way we want...we have access to that code in the Ning-Advanced tabs in our editors there Why can we not use that code as a skin for Jamroom sites right off- then use the DOCs to add the Site Builder to a custom skin?
