Home after 7 hours in the pub and need to sit down

Turns out these items in the Server database,had been deleted: 'jruser_item_key' and 'jraudio_item_key' . Server said I've got to reload the site,which will blank all data.
Is there anyway of recovering members details,which file are they stored in ? and how do i reload them ?
bear in mind I can't log in.

Can't even log in Error message says : Query Error: Table 'andyniel_nels.jr_jruser_item_key' doesn't exist

..the whole website has seized up,the header comes up..thats all. Error messages on all pages

Can you tell me whats happened,why isn't it working ? I haven't changed any settings.

I did have a lot of trouble getting my site working at the start...but since its been working fine past 4 months, I haven't changed anything,or edited any settings.
The last Album download/sale was 22.12.14, all payments seem to of been made by me to foxycart+server.
