had to temporarily disable profile domains

Installation and Configuration

You're not using Apache right? Are you still using Lightspeed? I'm going to guess it's related - we have 2 customers using profile domains extensively on our hosting and neither have this issue.

Broken link posted to twitter by system feed

Design and Skin Customization

duke:
Hi, i just noticed that all posts sent out by system feed are broken when and admin creates at item for a profile , the url sent out to social media (twitter) is not replaced with the profile url but the admins url so the url always leads to a black pages.

Thanks for the report - I'll get a ticket open on this and we will check it out.

multiple redis instances on 1 server

Installation and Configuration

I'm not sure how to setup multiple Redis instances on a single server - I've never done it before. I know I've read that it COULD be done, so you'll just have to try it and see if you can find one that works.

You really only need the Redis module for the biggest site on your server though - just don't use it on your other JR sites.

redis minor bug-sessions

Installation and Configuration

That's not going to work - you'll need a separate Redis instance for each site.

Update Issues

Installation and Configuration

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the latest updates - we definitely would prefer everything go smooth.

To prevent your site from being used as the basis for a phishing attack, Jamroom 6.1 now includes some new (recommended) X-Frame headers. If you are pulling in your site content to another site using an iframe however, you'll run into an issue.

See my solution in this post:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/new_posts/54031/header-x-frame-options/search_string=x-frame

That should fix it up for you.

Hope this helps!

Support ticket issues

Installation and Configuration

It sounds like the route you have setup in Mailgun is incorrect then OR your domain is setup with the right MX records to route the mail through mailgun, so double check the route and DNS. You can also look in the Mailgun logs and see if it is matching anything.

I know for certain it works since it is how we run our ticket system here.

Let me know if that helps.

redis minor bug-sessions

Installation and Configuration

I can see why this is happening - the way bots are supported is a bit different, and will need an update. The regular online user count is working correctly here for me though.
