Using Jamroom

I've put a small update in place on your site - can you let me know if that works better?

Thanks!

Using Jamroom

Have just tested this on a blog here and see the issue - the editor is messing with it. I'd recommend using the "Embed Local Media" button in the editor if you want to embed something, although I know that does not give you access to the "search" option. I'll see if there's a workaround or not. In the meantime you could just make a custom playlist for a bunch of songs and embed it if you need something working right now.

Just an update that Michael is on vacation still for the next few days, but we'll each out to you via support ticket and pick this up when he gets back.

Thanks!

changes in users online

Installation and Configuration

I'm not seeing any issues on this end - have been testing this on one of the very large sites we run on our servers and it's all working as it should. Make sure you're not sharing the Redis with any other site.

Newsletter and validation emails down since recent update

Installation and Configuration

Root cause here was a server issue - they fixed it and let us know they are good now :)

Have just tested this here and it works - what is the URL to where you see it not working?

Thanks!

Installation and Configuration

I'll check this out - there was some changes I had to make in this area to get things working properly as plugins (so the Redis session would fully work) - I'll see what's going on.

Module Init Get UserID

Jamroom Developers

SoftDesigns:
How to get Current logged in UserID in the Module _init() function?

You won't be able to - all module init functions are run BEFORE the session is started.

multiple redis instances on 1 server

Installation and Configuration

You'll need to give it some time for things to normalize - up to the session length (7200 seconds minimum).
