Problems Installing

Every other piece of software I use works with IPs. JR doesn't, well it does, sorta, just doesn't allow me to install software from the marketplace.

Last time I tested this is worked fine on JR v5.

Is there anyway this can be sorted out to work with IPs?

JR should work with IPs .. not sure why it wouldn't, but if you know specific things that don't seem to work let me know.

Since Litespeed advertises itself as being Apache compatible, I've not spent much time checking it out but I will if I get a chance. Thanks!

The problem with being "technically correct" is that it can make for unhappy customer interactions. We always try to do what we think is best for our users, and it that means we have to deal with asking a user to post to the forum, or we follow up in the ticket in a non-automated way, that is a price we are willing to pay to make sure we have happy users.

We definitely appreciate the feedback :)

while set at 2424 it suggests increasing it but at the same time says increasing it above 64 can have a big performance issue and its best to keep it below 64

whats your thoughts on that?

64 is way too low - ignore what you read on that. Set it as high as the number of tables in all your databases - I use 10500 here without issue.

Maybe add some sort of post to forum option in support tickets that would allow you to auto post the ticket as a forum post and message the ticket owner a link to forum post.

Then close or delete the support ticket, depending on what your preference is.

Just a thought, might really help you guys workflow in this area. Not sure how difficult it would be to implement mind.

This could be a problem, as we really need the user's permission before turning their private support ticket into a public post. We really end up just have to decide this on a case by case basis, so not sure if it would really save any time.

It may have been under quota where Login Redirect Page is, URL Redirect

You'll need to be clearer what you're looking to redirect - Profile Tweaks has never had a URL redirect option.
