Nothing has been done (or will be done) in JR5. We have just kicked off the JR6 beta:

Wrong Meta Lang value in the Meta Tag

That I know. But the question is how to get it to automatically show when the default language is not english but french. something seems to be wrong in JR.

jrCore_lang is the template function to bring in the proper lang string - as long as you reference the correct items in your meta.tpl file it should show the correct setting.

It's not going to be a USER AGENT string - it's going to likely be a custom header -i.e.
X-Built-With
Or something like that. You need to contact the developer of your mobile app - without being able to uniquely identify your app requests you're not going to be able to do what you want. This is not something Jamroom can do for you - your app must send it.

How to list Forum categories by order Profile Arranged

If you are in a jrCore_list call you can use:
order_by="forum_cat desc"
There's no way to list by the order as set in the Forum settings.

the changes of URL from localhost to www.florkz.com leeds to blocking access to the account or creating new accout. it's just blocked. You can try too?

You will need to reset your caches - I can still see localhost on your site:

1) delete all files in data/cache/jrCore and data/cache/jrElastic
2) empty the "jr_jrcore_cache" table from your MySQL admin

This is not something you would ever need to normally do, but I'm guessing you copied files up to your webhost from localhost.

Upgrading to Jamroom 6

I am very keen to use the beta of Jamroom 6 released today. I am just wondering though......is there anything I need to do prior to launching a major version upgrade? Do I need to clone my skin etc?

No need to clone your skin - it's not going to be affected by the upgrade. Just make sure after you upgrade that you run an integrity check - there's some new DB changes that need to be in place and they'll get setup in an integrity check.
