90% Disk usage on new install

Yep - that's it - PHP has no way of only showing the disk usage for your account (it's not aware of that), so you can ignore the disk space on your site. If you don't want to see it, just click on the panel in the dashboard and you can select a different panel to show there.

Michael's documentation link is spot on - it shows you how to format a date variable in a template. Jamroom uses Smarty templates:

based on the number of posts you have posted in the forum, you're likely trying to customize a lot of your site, so make sure you have a really good understanding of Smarty.

Sounds like you have not turned on BBCode support in the Core -> Quota Config -> String Formatters setting.

How to rename a custom field?

You can't rename a custom field - you need to delete it and create a new one, although you will NOT be able to create a new custom field that has the same name as an existing field (whether it was created via the Form Designer OR it's an internal field).

How to increase the audio and video comment text font size?

Using Jamroom

You will want to use your Firefox developer tools (or Chrome developer tools) - that will show you the CSS classes being applies to the element. Skin CSS always takes precedence over module CSS, so you'll likely need to change something in your skin.

You might consider just removing the meta tags from the template and use the Meta Tags module - that is what it is designed for, and it will give you the flexibility to put them where you need them.
