Sounds like the permissions on the modules or module sub directories are incorrect - make sure they are permissioned properly for the web user.
Is this on your hosting server here?

I think personally I would prefer it to be muted - I just pushed an update that does that, so let's see how that goes - if it turns out we want it on, then it's easy to turn back on.

But do you think the new notification bubble is enough? I feel like if a user closes the chat window, it's sort of like saying "quiet please" so think the notifications should probably be muted.

One thing I do see is that with chat minimized, you still get the desktop notifications. Do you think with it minimized we should suppress notifications and just show the new message bubble? I'm thinking yes but wanted to run that by you guys first.

ah crap Steve - sorry about that. Can you restore from a backup? If you choose to restore using the backup module it will restore everything - in fact if you have access to S3 you can just download the modules.date.tar file and that is a "snapshot" of your entire modules directory.
I'll get the default changed - that's not something I anticipated.

As someone who uses JR daily (duh) I think what I like the most is how easy it is for me to spin up a test JR install in like 30 seconds on our hosting
