Problems When Updating The Aparna Module

Aparna is just a module "template" - it does not in any way control the editor, and is no longer even involved with a module you created using Aparna, so Aparna is not the issue.

The TinyMCE editor is controlled by the "form_editor.tpl" file found in the Core -> Templates area.

Email Timeout

30 seconds is a REALLY long timeout - that means it is taking 30 seconds for the remote server to even respond to the request, which means it is either very overloaded, or the network between your JR server and the mail server is very congested. I would think you may run into other email delivery issues with it being that slow, but at least it's connecting for you now.

Email Timeout

The "connection timeout" issue means the remote end did not respond in time - usually this is due to throttling, or some sort of rate limiting on the remote end. If you see this frequently, I would recommend setting the Email Core -> Max Send Rate to something low (say 5) so you don't get limited by the remote end.

Installation and Configuration


Remember - almost every request to Jamroom goes through router.php, so you will likely see that as the top JR script.

If you are running nginx and php-fpm, double check your conf files and make sure nothing would be restricting CPU usage or timing things out. I see no problems here, so it is something specific to your server. Try a separate JR install if you can and see if it works there.

Unfortunately we can't offer any direct server support outside of JR hosting - sorry!
