Site Builder widget editor problem

Using Jamroom

Code and HTML are for 2 different uses:

HTML - this will look what you have entered
Code - this is for Smarty template code

So you would not switch to the "code" tab when entering HTML. If you want to see the raw HTML, click on the "code" button in the editor menu bar.

let me know if that helps.

template compare issue and email notice issue

Ning To Jamroom

1) On a "fresh clone" you should not actually see any differences unless you make changes

2) UNCHECK Developer Tools -> Global Config -> template name in source

Hope this helps!

Let me get some documentation added that covers how to use it.

If an artist name is "Bryan F. Baker" and I search for "Bryan Baker" I get no results.

Make sure you have checked the "enable full text search" option in the ACP -> Listing -> Search -> Global Config section.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks, Brian. I'll be getting this sorted out over the next few days, so I'll send you the details in a support ticket.

Cheers.

SSL

Jamroom Hosting

The CSR is something you submit to whoever you are purchasing the SSL cert from - we don't need that.

What we need is the KEY file, and then the actual certificates you get from the SSL provider.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!

Can anyone please tell me where to get this module?

1) Log in to your Jamroom as the Master Admin
2) go to ACP -> Core -> Marketplace
3) search for "comments" in the search box and install

Hope this helps!

Intro2Music:
I have a JR site that uses SSL and I'm considering moving it over to Jamroom Hosting. Can someone tell me how the SSL side of things work when using Jamroom Hosting?

Cheers.

It works just like it should work :)

It's something we can setup for you once you have the domain setup on your server - since each SSL cert provider can do things a bit differently, we have not automated this portion of it (yet). Once you have the cert, just open a ticket with us and we will set it all up for you.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!
