Problems importing members

its awesome how quickly you work and respond to requests
ill always keep mine public
but
there were 2 groups i had that were private

in a future release can it have more flexibility as in making certain pages profiles groups forums or even forum catagories private

i guess what im asking is if a 'privacy options' module can be developed to set individual privacy options to virtualy any content or site section

there are 2 groups that id want the group itself to be visible but its contents hidden and joins need aproval

hey
so until the jrsitemap modules improved i think ill be using my own sitemap crawler but was wondering where it should get uploaded to since the router i think redirects requests for the sitemap to somewhere other then the server root
in fact if i remember corectly the sitemap index might even be in a diferent place then the individual sitemaps
and if that is the case (my crawler can do url replacement on uploads changing the domain or path in the index) would the individual files still be referenced by domain/sitemap#.xml or by a specific path like domain/folder/sitemap#.xml

just wondering cause never see the sitemaps in the servers root and i know the router redirects requests for them to somewhere just not sure where

wich brings up a somewhat related question if they are looked for in /modules/jrsitemap/.. and i deactivate(but dont delete) the sitemap module would it still be looking for the files there.. and if i delete it would it look for them in the server root (install directory)

just need to know best way to use my crawler till yours is improved (no hurry i know its a lower priority job..but sure am ecstatic to know it can be done someday)

yes but not the profile i want them on profile 1 wich although is set to master admin all my content was pulled into 85 and the main forums is like 1338 or something and thats the profile id want them in if they need to be in a profile, but i think what im going to do is set up some custom pages within the main forums, as a sort of table of contents type linking to the other pages

ok deleted all the old ningja skins im no longer using and the test completed fine so its not the active skin

but this still doesnt answer the original question when i select show pages on main site...where should they be shown and why am i not seeing it

not sure if this is related but im trying the integrity test thinking that might find the problem but while verifying skins it just stops and never completes ..i think at the active skin but cant be sure

when you import group pages they have to be manually assigned a group or set as "stand alone pages' wich assigns them to the profile that created them
then theres an option when you modify the page for 'visible on profile' or 'visible on main site"

but selecting visible on main site makes them invisible as there's no links to them anywhere that i can find

i would expect a pages link to show up in the main menu but none does
