Could it be because the videos require Flash to play, and you only have flash on your firefox browser?

Yes I am getting the same error. Though they do load their thumbnail pic, I dont get the error until I click on the 'play' arrow.

My site's youtube and vimeo videos seem to be all playing ok, but the 'uploaded' ones give the same error that Alexander shows. It's only on the vids that have been actually uploaded to my Ning site htough- not the YT or Vimeo ones, which are working fine.

yikes multiple problems

Ning To Jamroom

Well there you go! :)

On ning we almost always get this reply instead:

"Thanks for reporting this! There's now a bug for our engineering team to investigate this issue. Bugs are issued a priority based on the severity of the issue, the number of affected networks, the complexity of the issue, engineering resources available and if there are any workarounds until there is a fix.
Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks for your patience!"

Ba-da-boom.

Background header graphics, where do you get them from?

Ning To Jamroom

I can send you the appearance code that ning 2.0 customers can modify as well if you like. Just let me know

Page Not Found?

Ning To Jamroom

I have the same issue going on "page not found".

-note that I have not yet done that updating to the groups modules yet. (...Not sure if I even should update those and delete the old group modules, considering the other updates coming in a few days?)

Her background image seems to be:
http://susanboylereal.ning.com/xn_resources/widgets/index/gfx/themes/vintagefloral/xg-head-bg.png
"Vintage floral" theme? Must be from their later design studio upgrade, which I don't have. Then a pink burlap transparent overlay? Somebody did a nice job of it.

I don't know about her site- does look like a Ning 2.0 function-wise, plus no "ModeMedia" branding at bottom.
I don't have a 3.0. Even in my 2.0 I stayed with the older design studio, so I can't know what template she may have started with or tweaked.
But here is mine- you cna see that I started with the "Urban Tech" template and then got rid of the design they had in it and made it my own look. Hope seeing my appearance controls helps you- I can show you the appearance code as well if you like.
