Question about Ipad problems

When he says "the system won't let him reply, give a thumb up, or do anything other than read"- does that mean he tries to post and gets an error message or refusal message of some sort?- OR does that mean he doesn't even SEE the options for replying and posting? (similar to as if he were logged out- could it be the reason he can't post is because he's logged out at that point)

Another point- I've had tablet and ipad users who can't see certain little parts of the screen until IO suggest they flip their tablet the other way (horizontal or vertical) ...and suddenly they say oh THERE it is! Just a thought.

Limiting the number or size of attachments in posts

See screenshot- this member just 'figured out' how to attach a picture within a post....and promptly attached TEN pix totally almost 10 MB in one post. I can foresee other members following her lead now.

Where/how is the setting where I can specifically limit this 'attach' capacity to something reasonable? I dont want to disallow atthments, just set a reasonable limit so members like her can't go hog wild.

I already have profile limits in place, but I don't think that controls forum post attachments.

This reminds me of the issue I was pointing out a few weeks ago... with the users named simply "@" when looking through the member pages of Groups. (See screenshot) Clicking on them simply takes you to my site index page. They are not members who left the site, since no one can leave without my help.
At the time, in the other thread, I was told this would be resolved once the new JR version was out of Beta and I installed it. I still don't know why it happens- it didn't happen a month or two ago, that much I know. It sure is fishy.

I sent you the password that I use for both mailgun "SMTP credentials" for fotmd.com. they both hve the same password, and I think I changed it a few days ago so both passwords would be the same.

I just sent what you might need if it's a JR server setting change.

I'm not seeing my "postmaster account" on Mailgun- maybe the email for that has already been changed, but maybe the account settings screenshots I sent you will help determine what's needed. Sent to support at JR.net.

I'm thinking I may have changed something, not sure exactly where. I had added an email alias a few days ago, maybe that's the issue. I stumble around a lot with things kinds of things.
But I'll email you now at 'support' JR, and i;ll include a couple screenshots and my password so you can check the JR/server end is set right or updated. Then you can maybe let me know if I need to open a mailgun ticket instead. Thanks!
