Updating Ninja won't 'stick'

I had no trouble trouble updating Ninja to latest 2.0.7 on ONE of my two domains, but on the other domain (fotmd.com) the update doesn't want to happen. Have not had any problem with all the other module updates, on both domains.

I click the update button for Ninja skin, the thingy spins, then I get a banner at the top saying it was successfully updated, ...but it's still sitting there in the available updates list. I go to the skin Info tab and it says it's still 2.0.6, and I keep getting notifications each morning that the newer update is available. My Activity log shows that i 'successfully updated Ninja skin' each time I clicked the update button.. but it's still showing as 2.0.6. Not sure what to do now.

Have cleared cache and done many integrity checks, restarted my computer, and tried to update Ninja on both my Mac laptop and my PC desktop. It was happening yesterday so I thought I'd try again today before making a thread here, but it's still behaving the same today. Any help is appreciated.. thanks!

Sorry for butting in, but... I wonder if the current Poll module can be used to produce some kind of quiz. One would need to know in what kind of format the quiz would need to be... i.e. multiple choice, how many questions needed, etc.

To clarify... I may wind up using the Payment module for a new site soon, and I'd build it from a clone of an existing site I have (which uses my custom skin).

Yes but... I'm thinking I may want this feature update for my active/Custom skin, which was built off of Ninja. I'm using a custom skin.
Should I then apply the code to my custom skin from the new ninja template update... and does the mobile version need something too? Thanks!

Looks like there was only a change to the header_menu_desktop.tpl ...two lines, starting with the bit about jrCore lang skin:

...should that update on the language skin go into the mobile version of the header_menu template as well, or would it not be needed on the mobile version?

Ok Brian... it took me a bit to figure out possibilities, but I wound up via FTP going into my custome skin's form_input.css file, and put your code in where it seemed logical.
Here's the result in my ACP (attached image):

In the jrCore.css file on my server you mean? Should I go to change it directly via FTP, or change it in my ACP?

So... I 'get' the problem you explained about tinymce, but not i understand your wording-
I like the text editor input box the size/height that it is now... don't want to make the actual box shorter. So not sure why you suggest making the min hgt shorter..? I must be misunderstanding how it works.
Basically, I just want that white area on the bottom to always be the same background color as the lines where I have been typing. I think the color is #f4eecb.
