Is this what you are using?

You don't want to use MS Word, when you copy from MS Word to a tpl, you add hidden characters that can break the code.

If you need a decent text editor, for free, you might try crimson editor.

Chart error
Installation and Configuration

The files used for that side chart are the skins/jrMediaPro/side_charts.tpl and the skins/jrMediaPro/side_charts_row.tpl.

The side chart is setup for yearly charts and at this time there isn't a way to change it without modifying the templates.

If you have the jrBatchEdit module, you could reset the play counts via ACP > Media > Audio Support > Tools > Batch Edit. Then check the audio_file_stream_count checkbox to edit all of those fields at once.

The Page Top link is using a jQuery script, it does not work like you may think.

The id attribute can be used to create bookmarks inside your templates.

Bookmarks are not displayed in any special way and are invisible to the reader.

Example

Add an id attribute to any <a> element:
<a id="tips">Useful Tips Section</a>

Then create a link to the <a> element (Useful Tips Section):
<a href="#tips">Visit the Useful Tips Section</a>
