How to leave? (How to delete, or how to remove, own account?)

Using Jamroom

BTW - ACP=>Core=>System Core=>Tools=>User Menu Editor to add the drop-down link.

In your case Strumelia, I just NOT enable this feature and then maybe add a 'Delete Me' link in the user dropdown which takes them to a contact form (built with the CustomForm module) requesting to be deleted.

v4 Hold Out

Using Jamroom

Hi Tommy
Jamroom is open source so yes, you can remove/edit code in the source file(s). Jamroom4 is no longer supported so any changes you make are not going to be overwritten by an upgrade.
If/when you do want to move to Jamroom6 let us know - I'm sure we can help with that.
Hope that helps

So how does that work? Do casual visitors see signups in the timeline and think "Oh - Maybe I'll join as well"?

Quote: i was going to say maybe it should be built into the user module
That did occur to me as well when developing the module, but this was just for one user (now two ;-) ) and we do have a policy of trying to keep JR modules simple!! But if there is more interest in this functionality, who knows.

Have just put this module in a private channel and sent you an invite to it.
Note that this module was developed over a year ago and whilst it works, it may well benefit by bringing it in line with the latest Jamroom version.

Not natively, but we do have a custom module, developed for another user, that does this. It optionally 'listens' for signups and/or logins and adds them to the timeline.
Do you want to try it?
