does the system count how many comments are left using disqus?

Using Jamroom

Sorry - I was advising you to remove the 'comment count' line in the list template. I thought that was what you were talking about. Sorry for the confusion.

I assume they must have withdrawn it from our Marketplace then. As I said above, you'll need to contact their support team directly. Hopefully they can help.
(Alternatively, have you tried the Jamroom Chat module?)

Using Jamroom

The comment count in an item list would reference the Jamroom Comment module so yes, if you are not using that and are using Disqus instead, remove it.

Yes - third party developers can sell their Jamroom modules via our Marketplace, but they are responsible for their support and licencing.

Comet Chat is a third party module. You'll need to take that up with them directly.

Using Jamroom

If you've transferred the site to our hosting, all Jamroom modules and skins are available to you via the site ACP Marketplace.
If the transferred site has a new domain name, you'll need to 'release' the licences from the old domain then they'll be available to the new domain (after you have setup its Marketplace module) - https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/license_browser/172013
If the transferred site has the same domain name, just make sure its Marketplace module is setup and all purchased licences should continue to be available to it.

Pre-defined genre list created by admin as a drop-down selection instead of a text field?

Installation and Configuration

Yes - Use the Form Designer.
As master admin, go to the create audio (or video?) form then click on the Form Designer button (top right).
Select the audio_genre field then change its type to a 'select' field.
Then, enter the list of genres (one per line) for its options.
Then do the same for the update audio (and video?) form.
Hope that helps

Using Jamroom

Hi - Welcome to the Jamroom forum.
Do you mean to a new host/server?
If so, and you want to move it to one of our hosting plans, its very straightforward using the tool in our Hosting Control Panel - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-hosting/2547/importing-an-existing-jamroom-site-to-a-domain

If you are moving it to another folder or domain, checkout this document - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/1077/howto-change-the-jamroom-directory-or-domain

Hope that helps

Upload Video Not Working

Using Jamroom

Quote: Its pretty easy, install a module on the existing site, another one on the new site, hit GO.
Actual, just the Network Transfer module to be installed on the site to be imported, the the import tool in your Jamroom Hosting Control Panel will take care of the rest.

Monday to start the week in the Event Calender

Suggestions

In the next release of the Event module there's a new admin Global Config option to select calendar start day of week.
Hope that helps.
