Installation and Configuration

Hi,

Sorry if I double post or re-post this kind of problem again. I already use search function to see this problem, but there is no answer about this. I would like to know, how can I upload or backup database from my jamroom localhost for me to upload it back to my web server.

Update Failure

You shouldn't have to re-install... Try just uploading the latest version of the jrCore and jrMarket place modules. After uploading, run the Integrity Check tool and clear caches. You should then be able to update the rest of your modules through your ACP > Marketplace.

Hope this helps!

Oh my, I'm afraid my server can't wait this kind of waiting. By the way, if I upload the modules, my System Check appear FFMPEG in RED color.

Update Failure

Installation and Configuration

Hi,

I want to update my latest modules, but the installation take long time. And I do try manual update (extract modules I purchased), but the Core modules like Marketplace, didn't update on my site. Even after I cancel that, I check my System Check and come lots of error like, FFMPEG working before, but now I have to make fresh installation to make it work properly.

Have you modified any of the modules/jrForum/templates files or are you over riding any of those templates in your skins directory?

No I'm not. I just change my footer link on skin section only.

You're running old versions of either the Forum, or the Core, or you are using an old custom forum template. Make sure in the "Templates" section for the forum module you do not have any customizations active, or "reset" them so they update to the latest template.

Hope this helps!

I already update to the latest version using Update All Item button. But it's still appear on my forum. As I know, the latest version for elastic skin is 1.0.1 and I didn't make any customization for forum template.
