Are forum posts associated with user or profile?

I had a user sign up and post something to the forum. I replied to their post.

I had created a profile for them prior to them creating an account, so I assigned that profile to their new user account and deleted the profile created when they signed up.

When I did that their forum post was deleted.

In the forum index list, it shows their is one topic in the category where we posted. But when I click on that category it says there are no topics.

The datastore shows my reply post, but their initial post is not there.

Hope that makes sense.

I would think forum posts are user-based, but this behavior seems odd if so.

I'd like to list ALL the tickets for all users in a particular category, for instance.

Gallery Photo Titles

Using the caption doesn't work well. I put copyright and other information in there. Sometimes a story behind the photo. One url looks like this: "/gallery/15/by-https-wwwflickrcom-photos-explorationdigest-cc-https-creativecommonsorg-licenses-by-nd-20#gallery_img".

Might I again suggest adding a Title field to the gallery item, then this convention for the url:

/gallery/item_id/gallery_name/item_title (if title is blank then use the image name instead of title.

Using Jamroom

I've added gallery_caption to Search, but the search results don't list specific gallery images containing the searched term. The results only show a link to the entire gallery.
