Is there a reference for generating lists from the Support Ticket module?

Also a reference for URLs?

I'd like to list ALL the tickets for all users in a particular category, for instance.

{jrCore_list} will list tickets just like any DataStore module. Put a debug in your row template and you will see all the ticket variables that are available.

There is no templates/index.tpl file for the tracker. You can create if you want, but there's not one by default in the module.
