Usually reasons the file will not convert are:
* the system has orange lights in the system check that need to be addressed
* the jrSystemTools module is not installed
* other server restriction is in place causing the jamroom system not to be able to function correctly.

The location to look to understand which it is is:
* the error log in the ACP
* the system check tool in the ACP
* server error logs.

You need to locate the cause of the issue so we can help you further.

found it, change the QUOTA CONFIG of the PROFILE TWEAKS module to use this setting

I don't think this is related to profiletweaks. I think its just that the Ninja skin doesnt show the profile bio.

I can see whats happening. When you enable ProfileTweaks module it defaults to the /timeline url so the profile_bio section from the profile_index.tpl file is not shown.

Looking for a way round that now.

Where possible use the marketplace to add the modules. FTP upload will not effect the modules performance, if its on the server it will work.

Think the systemTools issue was the core issue probably.

try the first option first and if that doesn't work change it back to what it is now. You wont break anything.

ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> SYSTEM CHECK

to make sure all the lights are green.

Using Jamroom

#1 if your skin was cloned from skin XXXXX and changes are made to skin YYYYY then you cant compare skin XXXXX to skin YYYYY. Because your skin was cloned from jrNingja its not seeing the changes for jrNinja. The root cause of the greyed out is the system thinks they are 2 separate skins. Go into the database admin and locate the 'jr_jrcore_skin' table. In that table locate the name of your cloned skin, find the 'skin_cloned_from' colum and change it from 'jrNingja' to 'jrNinja'.

That should get the button un-greyed out.

#2 the cloned skin tool should be working after #1 and it will do that for you.

I released the subdomain and the main domain released too. Next time your main domain connects to the marketplace those should connect up again.
