Check your Site Builder version. Seams like a version intended for the BETA channel has managed to be installed on non-beta channel sites.

If the version is 2.0.3 then downgrade to 2.0.2 until the Jamroom Core 6.1 beta is released.

The thing with youtube is they have servers all over the place. Closer you are to the receiver server, the better your upload results are going to be.

I don't think we will be setting up a realtime streaming network anytime soon, but that doesn't mean you can't if you want to.
